Other forms of payment are cheque made payable to Havelock Minor Hockey although emt is preferred.

A $100 deposit is required after registration is complete and Balance to be paid by October 1
Payment plans available and can be set up with our league registrar Krystal Burnette
 
New players are required to complete Respect in Sport Parent and to provide a copy of a Birth Certificate and Guardian's drivers licence to confirm address. Please email a picture of your child's birth certificate and drivers license to:  [email protected]
